Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.

Qualifications:
  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, gerontology, or a related field is typically required.
